SJ Venture Investment, Inc. signed an MOU with InterLeader Capital, an investment company in Hong Kong, to promote business cooperation on domestic and international investment.

InterLeader Capital is a private equity firm that makes large-scale investment in real assets in China. Chairman of InterLeader Capital Cliff L. Cheung was a CIO and major shareholder of PEF PAMA Group that Prudential Financial established in 1986 in Asia, and he is a veteran private equity expert with over 30 years of experience.
