Yuanta Securities Co. and SJ Venture Investment, Inc. signed an MOU 

 on February 22, 2018 for joint investment and funding. Their business 

 cooperation aims to help improve the capital structure of bio and life 

 science venture companies and technology firms that hold patented 

 technologies such as FinTech and Blockchain, as well as set up funds 

 and provide consulting.
